GENERAL INFORMATION

• Round one begins at 12:00 PM. Rounds 2-3 will begin as soon as the previous round has finished.
• Please Bring Chess Clock if you have one. Boards & Pieces supplied.
• Entry Fee: $49.00 if received online by June 14, 2023 $59 thereafter
• Please register in advance if possible, to avoid the additional $10 late fee
• Membership required: $20.00/year for the U.S. CHESS FEDERATION (USCF), USchess.org

• On site registration: 11:30-11:45 AM. All rounds begin 12:00 Noon. Late entrants may not be paired for the first round.
• All CDC and government related restrictions will be strictly adhered to. Check our website for Coronavirus restriction
updates, as we get closer to the event. Restrictions will most likely change as we move forward.
• Any player registered is entitled to a free trial class for ALL Chess Max Academy group chess lessons.

• TROPHIES to top 3 in all sections.
• CLASS PRIZES: Reserve: Top Under 700 Advanced: Top Under 900, Championship Top Under 1200
• HIGH SCORER TROPHY to any player who scores 2 points and does not win a higher place trophy
• ENGRAVED CHESS MEDAL TO ALL OTHERS featuring the name and date of the tournament on the back

TEAM PRIZES

• Trophies to top team in each section.
• The top 2 scorers from the same school in the same section make up the team score.
